Impossible Goodness - Find Greater Ease in Uncertain Times

A Workshop for Stressed Out Humans

  • “A Revelation!”

  • “I love your approach”

  • “Particularly resonant in the face of our collective (and individual) challenges - Thank you”

~ past workshop participants

Employing a mix of somatic practices with energetic and intuitive work - described as “the intersection of science and magic” - this workshop is aimed at calming the nervous system and discovering the moments of “impossible goodness” in a world that feels absent of it.

The work is amplified through the communal setting reminding us of the strength in shared experiences. By gaining more clarity about ourselves and dissolving old imprints, we will find cultivate a stronger sense of peace, hope & renewed resilience in order to navigate uncertain times with greater ease.

"What to say? Jane helped me recognize light in complete darkness. She helped shift my perspective and allowed me to get through my anxieties.” ~ Michelle L

Jane Paik is an experimental musician/artist (Muscle Beach, Elder Sister) & a healer with over 25 years of experience in mind-body & spiritual practices that range from eastern to western modalities and everything in-between and beyond.  After over a decade of living in Italy, she/they now splits time between the old country and the hometown of Los Angeles and is actively building bridges to support artists between the two.
