A Card Crafting Workshop

The artifacts of our activities tell the story of how we express our genius and bring our ideas to life through work. Reacquainting oneself with a neglected collection allows the memories of a deferred dream to guide the artist out of self-doubt and into creative confidence.

We will be creating our own deck of cards out of cast away, two-dimensional media. Anything that can be cut into a uniform shape and shuffled by hand. Bring your own material and leave with a new perspective on your life and work!

Hermonie Baird

Hermonie Baird is an award-winning artist and independent fashion designer living in Los Angeles, CA. She studied sculpture, philosophy, and linguistics at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Hermonie adheres to a philosophy of epistemic agnosticism; a theory that pits the perceived infallibility of certainty against the enigmatic fluidity of truth. Her analytical examination of aesthetics and passionate diligence to create are the cornerstones of her work as an artist and designer. Earnestness and honesty motivate Hermonie to shun the status quo and embrace her authentic self.
